外籍人员进境体检携带材料

1、身份证件: 护照原件 
2、证件照片:
近六个月内拍摄的白底小两寸彩色证件照2张（4.5×3.5cm）（请预先剪裁好）。 
3、首次来华任职、就业、学习在华居留1年或1年以上的外国人，如有
以下相关证明材料，请携带（原件和复印件1份）并主动出示，如没有请忽略：
3.1办理工作居留：
护照（含Z或R签证页）、《中华人民共和国外国人工作许可通知》。 
3.2办理留学居留：
护照（含X1签证页）、录取通知书、《外国留学人员来华签证申请表》（JW201/202）。
4、其他情况办理学习类居留：请携带并主动出示至少一项以下材料
4.1 教育委员会出具的同意其就学的函件复印件；
4.2 《录取（入学）通知书》复印件；
4.3 《外国留学人员来华签证申请表》（JW201/202）复印件；
4.4 护照姓名页和X类签证页复印件。
 

【Materials should be carried】
1、Identity document: Original passport.
2、ID Photo:
Two white background small two inch color ID photos taken within the past six months (4.5 × 3.5cm) (please cut them in advance).
3、Foreign nationals who reside in China for one year or more for the first time to take up posts, work, or study in China, if any,please bring the following relevant supporting documents (original and one copy) and present them proactively. If not available, please ignore them:
3.1 Apply for work residence:
Passport (including Z or R visa page)、Notice of the People's Republic of China on Work Permit for Foreigners.
3.2 Apply for study abroad residence:
  Passport (including X1 visa page)、letter of admission、Application Form for Visa for Foreign Students Studying in China（JW201/202）.
4、Other situations apply for study residence: Please bring and actively present at least one of the following materials
4.1 Copy of the letter from the Education Committee approving their enrollment;
4.2 Copy of Admission Notice;
4.3 Copy of "Application Form for Foreign Students' Visa to China" (JW201/202);
4.4 Copy of passport name page and X-visa page.
